Brendan hat die Musik für chipping, Testlauf, The very moment and ÜBER DIE WUT komponiert. He is a Berlin based sound artist and musician. Originally from Philadelphia he moved to Berlin in 2002. His solo LP, Sensate was released in 2016 on Entr’acte records and he currently plays drums in Transmit, a side project of Tony Buck (The Necks). Dougherty is equally known for his work in theatre and performance art, having collaborated with Jeremy Wade, Liz Santoro Adam Linder, Ian Kaler, and many others. Together with Meg Stuart he created Violet which has toured internationally since 2011 and was called “a sublime sound maelstrom… a convulsive beauty” (Les Inrockuptibles).
An ongoing collaboration with his sister, Hannah Dougherty, has resulted in several installation/performances, including; OURSONGISLONG (2003), The Gardenhouse Project (2005), Himmelfahrtskommando (2010), Platonic Solids (2013), Passion (2016) and Vernacular Architecture (2017).

Konzertpianistin, Komponistin

Im Anschluss an das Abitur in München studierte Laura Konjetzky Konzertfach Klavier an der Universität Mozarteum Salzburg, gefolgt von einem Studium der freien Improvisation an der Musikhochschule Basel.
Sie gibt Solokonzerte im In- und Ausland und nahm für den Bayerischen Rundfunk etliche Solowerke auf.
In ihrem kompositorischen Schaffen spielt das Klavier eine zentrale Rolle.
Unterschiedliche Solo- und Kammermusikwerke enthält ihr Werkverzeichnis, sowie Tanz- und Theatermusiken, die bereits in Deutschland, Österreich, der Schweiz, Polen, Frankreich, Spanien, Rumänien, der Türkei und in China aufgeführt wurden.
Die Künstlerin wurde mit zahlreichen Preisen ausgezeichnet, unter anderem dem Leonhard-und-Ida-Wolf-Gedächtnispreis und dem Musikstipendium der Landeshauptstadt München, sowie dem Bayerischen Kunstförderpreis.
Laura Konjetzky war Stipendiatin im Internationalen Künstlerhaus Villa Concordia Bamberg und erhielt vom Bayerischen Staatsministerium ein Stipendium für die Cité Internationale des Arts Paris. Für das Djerassi‚ Resident Artists Program in Kalifornien, USA wurde sie‚ als Komponistin ausgewählt und mit dem Helen L. Bing Fellowship gewürdigt.
Sie erhielt das Europäische Musikautoren-Stipendium der GEMA (EMAS) und das Internationale Stipendium Oberpfälzer Künstlerhaus im Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, USA.

Tänzerin

Susanne Schneider ist Teil der nomadic academy research academy und Teil des Playground-Teams. She is a dancer, teacher, movement researcher. Her education includes cultural studies and educational science at the LMU Munich. She holds a BA in contemporary dance/transmission from the HfMT Cologne. Her main teachers were Gustavo Lesgart who introduced her to floor work, Vera Sander who made her question established knowledge, Nina Hänel who showed her how to apply somatic practices. She is influenced by Release Technique, Feldenkrais, Ideokinesis, Klein Technique, Breakdance, conscious made decisions and anatomical limitations. Susanne values both: wild-and-crazy-physicality and anatomically-informed-movement. Since 2013 she collaborated as a freelance dancer with the company Cocoondance. She worked in the field of circus with the acrobat duo Overhead Project. With Özlem Alkis she explored the impossibility of bodily disappearing. Until August 2019 she co-organized and co-initiated the Freaky Training and the IGProfitraining in Cologne to create structures for the freelance scene to share knowledge, to exchange on a physical level and to provide a regular movement practice. In April 2018 she joined the MA CoDE program at HfMDK Frankfurt.
