GATHERINGS

every two months

Gatherings is the umbrella term that is used for different evening lectures, discussions and other formats with the input of an invited guest. The Gatherings center around the topics of care, alliances, queerness and connection as a continuation and link to the Nomadic Academy. The Gatherings happen every two months in the Playground.
Until now Claire Lefèvre with her radical softness, Martin Schick withh radikant artistic working, and Bimän from the queer-feminist Dj collektiv WUT, were invited for a GATHERING.

PLAY

PLAY is a new format to meet and exchange in the studio as a group:
for examples PLAY-books, PLAY-dance, PLAY-music, PLAY-dates…

PLAY is an umbrella under which we will be hosting different events through-out the year. The space is open to anybody who wants to spend a moment together surrounded by books, or music, or simply dancing together…
It is not a workshop, nor a lecture, nor a class, but an open setting that allows the participants to spend some time in the studio around different focuses.
PLAY-book transforms the Playground into a space full of books and cushions.
Books we are busy with in our artistic researches and processes and want to share. The space is open for a few hours, for anybody to come to spend an afternoon, or just to pass by for some reading, or discussing or tea drinking. (you are welcome to bring your own books along!)
PLAY-dance is a space for potentials, an invitation to celebrate heterogeneity and non effectiveness together in the space. The Playground team prepares a Playlist of one hour and opens the studio to dance during that timeframe, on, within and along the songs.
No experience needed, no phones, no alcohol, no shoes, no dance restrictions. All welcome.

FOR THE EXPERTS
